I know they were just trying to see the PS2's capabilities, but fat lot of good it did them in terms of final fantasies as they only released one more for the console.

In terms of Enix and their signature series, Star Ocean, the time it now takes for a new game has been increased astronomically.

Now I don't mind waiting for a new game with a unique story, something 3 pulled off well, but its been over 4 years, and they still aren't half way done.

Finally, on to XBOX RPG's

WTF is going on.

I bought a PS3 for rpg's and Sony is failing to deliver.

Microsoft has 3 JRPG's out now, two of which look amazing, and two more on the way which also have potential, especially the new tales of game.

If this is how it goes, it seems like I wont be investing in a PS4, whenever that happens.

This shit should have been dealt with now that blue ray won the format war and PS3 began selling well, also of course due to its amazing price drop.

Amazing in that its over 200 dollars.
